What you'll do

• Greet service customers and discuss vehicle sales or upgrades
• generate leads through the service drive
• coordinate with service advisors
• follow up with likely prospects
• aim for five appraisals per day and at least three vehicle acquisitions per week
• make 40–60 calls and set four appointments per day
• hand off trade-in customers to a manager
• check out daily with the General Sales Manager.
