What you'll do

• Prepare lessons and activities using Common Core state standards and teaching best practices
• administer classroom assessments and standardized tests
• establish lesson and curriculum objectives
• communicate with parents or guardians about student progress
• identify student needs and coordinate with professional staff
• supervise students
• refer students with special needs to appropriate staff
• participate in faculty committees and student activities
• work with para-educators and other staff.
