Group Facilitator — Behavioral Health

The Group Facilitator — Behavioral Health role is part-time/per diem and in person in Merchantville, NJ. Pay is $80–$150 per hour. Milestone Treatment Center provides evidence-based care for people facing substance use and mental health challenges. The facilitator leads structured therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for clients in PHP, IOP, and outpatient programs. The role supports client participation, skill development, and recovery while coordinating with the multidisciplinary treatment team and documenting group sessions.

What you'll do

• Plan and facilitate groups aligned with client needs and program goals using evidence-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches.
• Support development of coping, self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, and recovery skills.
• Manage group dynamics, identify concerns needing clinical attention, complete group notes, collaborate with treatment team members, and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
