What you'll do

• Learn garage door service, repair, installation, and safety practices
• identify customer needs and explain service options
• coach team members and set expectations
• coordinate scheduling, dispatch, inventory, tools, and company vehicles
• track sales, customer satisfaction, productivity, and job profitability
• partner with HR and leadership on interviewing, onboarding, and employee development
• help resolve customer concerns
• work with leadership to identify territory opportunities and improve performance.
