What you'll do

• Evaluate construction deficiencies at multifamily properties and identify improvements for code compliance and property standards
• create scopes of work
• inspect sites with clients, sales staff, and adjusters
• prepare repair estimates in Xactimate and bid packages
• negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
• coordinate communications among adjusters, clients, and sales
• provide scopes to operations
• support estimating, documentation, and invoicing.
