What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, adults, and older adults
• diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions independently and with other providers
• perform physical exams, wellness visits, immunizations, screenings, and health education
• follow up with patients with chronic diseases
• maintain accurate records in EPIC
• educate patients and families
• participate in community wellness outreach
• and follow hospital policies and ethical standards. Requires an MD or DO, Minnesota medical license, and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• CPR and ACLS certification or willingness to obtain are specified.
