What you'll do

• Prepare tableware for washing
• set up and operate the dishwashing machine
• wash, stack, and store dishes and pots
• clean dishwashing equipment and work areas
• remove garbage and refuse
• replace and remove fryer oil
• mop and sweep floors
• wash walls and ceiling tiles
• sanitize cooking equipment
• follow applicable policies and procedures.
