The Senior Management Analyst, Projects role is onsite in Beachville, MD. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year. The position supports KAIROS's SCMS Division and is contingent upon award; KAIROS provides program management, engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, sustainment, enterprise platforms, and AI services. The analyst supports full life-cycle project management through analysis, reporting, financial monitoring, and coordination with government clients and project teams. The work helps keep projects aligned with requirements, budgets, delivery milestones, and performance goals.

What you'll do

• Support integrated product team activities and produce reports
• tailor reporting tools and analyze project status
• support budget execution and financial documentation
• maintain SCMS Business Operations System data
• translate technical requirements into acquisition documentation
• reconcile program obligations and commitments in Navy ERP
• assess business processes and recommend improvements to effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
