What you'll do

• Manage residential reconstruction from demolition and site preparation through rebuilding, inspections, punch lists, closeout, and warranty
• direct field teams and subcontractors across multiple sites
• coordinate permits, materials, inspections, and construction starts
• monitor budgets, subcontractor costs, change orders, billing milestones, and project performance
• maintain schedules, photos, reports, inspection records, and closeout documents
• ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and CDBG-DR requirements
• provide portfolio updates to leadership, clients, and program stakeholders.
