The Activities Assistant role is an onsite, full-time position in Alexandria, KY, paying $15.50–$17.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Carry out activities with residents in assigned areas
• maintain activity bulletin boards and seasonal decorations
• keep attendance records and complete resident documentation and individualized plans of care
• assist with person-centered evaluations
• recruit, train, and recognize volunteers
• support atmosphere enhancements, calendars, and newsletters
• lead individual conversations and group activities
• transport residents to activities
• attend assigned care-plan conferences
• drive the facility vehicle for off-site activities as needed
• report allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation.
