Service & Production Representative

Job overview

Service & Production Representative is an onsite role in downtown Chicago, IL, paying $23–$24 per hour plus on-call and overtime pay. The role supports Auto-Chlor System’s commercial dish machine service and production operations. The representative maintains and repairs dish machines at customer locations, supports customer accounts, and produces liquid soaps and sanitizers according to company formulations. These duties help customers maintain their equipment and supplies while supporting warehouse organization.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial dish machines at customer locations
• upsell and cross-sell products and services
• collect customer payments and follow up on accounts
• mix and produce liquid soaps and sanitizers according to formulations and procedures
• maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory
• participate in an on-call rotation.

Why this role
