988 Call Center Shift Supervisor

The 988 Call Center Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Pay is $28 per hour starting, or $33 per hour for candidates with an LSW, LPC, or MFT license. North Central operates Ohio’s largest 988 call center, providing crisis and suicide prevention services.

What you'll do

• Support administration and coordination of the suicide prevention program
• maintain compliance and quality assurance
• coordinate shift coverage
• train employees and volunteers
• supervise and support staff
• answer calls and provide short-term crisis intervention and referrals
• monitor calls for quality assurance and coaching
• coordinate reporting, training, and technical issues.

Why this role

Second shift is 4:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m.; third shift is 12:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.; availability is required seven days a week. Requires a bachelor’s degree and one year of employee supervision experience; paid 50-hour onsite training and four-hour online training are required.
