What you'll do

• Perform facial treatments including peels, LED therapy, and microdermabrasion
• recommend skincare products
• educate clients about facial treatments
• support client retention and membership referrals
• follow esthetics protocols
• track service and sales goals
• support continuing education
• help ensure licensed estheticians meet responsibilities
• coach peers and raise concerns to management.
