Job overview

The Director of Facilities role is a full-time, onsite position in Sturtevant, WI; compensation is $150,000–$180,000 per year. The role supports FII USA’s advanced surface-mount technology manufacturing operations, including cleanroom and ESD-sensitive environments. The director leads facilities strategy and operations to ensure reliable, safe, and scalable infrastructure for production and support spaces. The role oversees utilities, facility projects, compliance, budgets, vendors, and the facilities team to support current manufacturing needs and future growth.

What you'll do

• Lead facilities strategy and long-term planning
• direct and mentor facilities staff and contractors
• establish operating standards, preventive maintenance, and performance metrics
• oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, lighting, security, and utility systems
• manage infrastructure projects and capital planning
• ensure regulatory and electrical safety compliance
• oversee vendors, budgets, energy efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives.
