Combustion Specialist III

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on fired equipment
• install, start up, repair, and tune combustion systems and fuel trains
• supervise contractors during shutdowns, projects, or maintenance
• diagnose equipment malfunctions
• conduct combustion analysis and recommend burner-control optimization
• maintain HMI and PLC programs
• write tuning and startup reports
• specify replacement parts
• commission VFDs
• assess fan and flow-control issues.
