• Lead and develop the on-site leasing, assistant community, and maintenance teams

• oversee rent collection, delinquency, lease administration, invoices, and financial reporting
• maintain resident communications and satisfaction
• coordinate vendors
• uphold property standards and compliance
• monitor market conditions and leasing performance
• and support marketing and leasing activities.
