The Lifeguard, Evermore Lagoon role is onsite in Orlando, FL, with pay of $19.00 per hour. The role supports guest safety and enjoyment at resort pools and attractions operated by Innovative Attraction Management. The lifeguard monitors aquatic areas, responds to emergencies, and helps maintain a safe and clean pool environment. The position requires completion of StarGuard Elite training and certification, monthly in-service training, and availability for any three days per week for part-time work, including evenings and at least one weekend day fully available.

What you'll do

• Monitor guests and maintain constant surveillance of pool areas
• perform StarGuard Elite Aquatic Risk Prevention Program responsibilities
• use lifesaving techniques, CPR, and first aid in emergencies
• maintain pool-deck cleanliness
• attend four hours of monthly in-service training
• conduct ELITE Dispatch protocols for attractions
• perform other assigned tasks.
