The Intervention Specialist is an onsite role based in Maple Heights, OH, offering a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year. This position supports the ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education department, which is dedicated to providing alternative and special education programs for children and young adults. The role exists to lead the instructional process for students in grades K-12 with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The Intervention Specialist designs personalized learning experiences, delivers targeted instruction, and manages student caseloads to ensure educational goals are met in alignment with state and school standards.
