The Early Childhood Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Sudbury, MA, with pay of $21–$30 per hour. The LEAP School’s toddler classroom offers small class sizes, teacher-designed curriculum, and ongoing support from its Curriculum Director and leadership team. The teacher designs and implements classroom curriculum, maintains an environment that supports toddlers’ needs, and builds relationships that help individualize instruction. Collaboration with fellow teachers and families, along with participation in professional development and planning, supports the school’s early learning program.
