What you'll do

• Provide expert guidance on collective bargaining agreement (CBA) interpretation and compliance.
• Support and lead collective bargaining negotiations.
• Manage the grievance process including investigations and arbitration preparation.
• Partner with business leaders to advise on employee relations matters.
• Administer union compliance activities.
