What you'll do

• Lead escalated investigations involving payloads, transponders, and connected mission systems
• diagnose integration and performance issues
• troubleshoot external interfaces and data connectivity
• support introduction of emerging technologies into the fielded fleet
• work with customers, operators, and maintainers
• partner with electrical, software, and RF teams
• support lab validation, hardware integration, test readiness, and field demonstrations
• create technical guidance and documentation
• share recurring issues with product and design teams.
