Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is based onsite at a jobsite in South Bend, IN. The stated pay range is $95,000–$150,000 per year. Superior and its tri-venture CST are seeking a project manager to advance electrical construction projects. The project manager coordinates project schedules, resources, budgets, and timelines while working with superintendents, foremen, clients, and internal departments. The role supports successful project delivery through risk management, financial oversight, communication, safety, and timely closeout.

What you'll do

• Manage project risks and elevate concerns and solutions
• create and manage schedules from kickoff through closeout
• oversee billings, project setup, buy-out, cost control, change orders, and cost-to-complete
• build client relationships
• chair planning, progress, and customer review meetings
• coordinate materials across departments
• guide team members
• understand contracts and negotiate changes
• review estimates, drawings, specifications, and contracts
• complete closeout procedures
• and maintain jobsite safety.
