What you'll do

• Monitor assigned residents and report or document changes in condition
• respond to resident call bells
• assist with daily activities and meals
• review service plans
• observe and document medications and treatments
• report medication concerns to nursing staff
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse each shift
• take and record vital signs.
