What you'll do

• Answer resident signal lights and bells
• assist with grooming, hygiene, bathing, feeding, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation
• record vital signs and intake/output as directed
• communicate resident and family needs and clinical changes to the nursing team
• implement written behavior intervention and crisis procedures
• complete behavior reports and maintenance work orders.
