What you'll do

• Open and set up files and receipt earnest money and option fees
• order and track payoffs, HOA documents, tax certificates, and surveys
• prepare settlement statements and balance them with lender Closing Disclosures
• schedule closings and prepare closing packages

• follow wire-verification and data-security procedures.
