The Personal Care Assistant / Direct Support Professional — Cambridge Area role provides onsite, in-home care in Cambridge and surrounding communities, MN. The caregiver provides personalized assistance with daily routines and companionship, adapting support to each client's needs. The listed shifts include Tuesday, 4:00–9:00 p.m.; every other Saturday, 4:00–9:00 p.m.; and Sunday, 4:00–9:00 p.m., with combinations depending on availability.

What you'll do

• Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, companionship and emotional support, medication reminders, transportation and errands, light housekeeping, and end-of-life care and companionship.
• Follow an interactive approach that involves clients in daily routines when possible.
