Specialist will work with clients to help them understand their substance use and help them make decisions that will lead to stable housing and improved mental and physical health. Provides appropriate referral when assessed to need medical, psychiatric, dental evaluation/care. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:. Maintain an active caseload of 15 clients.
