What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and customer portals
• enter orders and quotes in the ERP system
• help customers identify components using catalogs and internal tools
• expedite orders
• support outside sales with quoting, expediting, and customer visits as required
• follow up on quotes and support upselling and cross-selling.

Why this role
