What you'll do

• Lead insurance, authorization, billing, claims, payment posting, denial management, and client account functions
• manage and coach billing and back-office staff
• oversee revenue cycle workflows and performance indicators
• improve processes and reporting
• support billing systems
• maintain procedures and training
• resolve client billing questions
• protect confidentiality and support HIPAA and payer compliance.
