What you'll do

• Process title applications, registrations, and license plate transactions for new and used vehicle sales
• prepare, review, and submit paperwork to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles
• process title transfers, lien recordings and releases, and registration renewals
• communicate with customers, lenders, financial institutions, and DMV offices to resolve issues
• maintain transaction records and follow up on missing documents
• coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting
• assist with out-of-state transactions and other administrative and accounting support duties as assigned.
