Level 1 IT Support Technician

Job overview

The Level 1 IT Support Technician role is onsite in Pensacola, FL, and full-time; compensation is $20–$24 per hour. As a first point of contact for client technology issues, the technician troubleshoots common hardware, software, account, and connectivity problems and follows tickets through resolution or escalation. The role supports reliable client service while developing technical skills for more advanced responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Respond to support requests by phone, email, and ticketing system
• troubleshoot Windows computers, Microsoft 365, accounts, printers, mobile devices, and basic network connectivity
• configure client technology
• document work in service tickets
• maintain ticket ownership and escalate issues with complete information
• assist with deployments, updates, and preventive maintenance.
