What you'll do

• Assist with software builds, review results, and help troubleshoot build issues
• assist with application deployments in development, test, and other environments
• support configuration and maintenance of DevOps and application-management tools
• help maintain scripts and documentation
• assist with appropriately scoped application upgrades and routine maintenance
• monitor and troubleshoot assigned systems and escalate issues requiring higher-level administration or production support
• follow IT, security, and change-management standards.
