Hospitality Aide

The Hospitality Aide position is onsite in Osage Beach, MO. Compensation is not specified. The role provides hospitality services to residents of Arrowhead Assisted Living that do not require direct patient care. The aide supports residents’ daily comfort and the community’s operations by responding to call lights, delivering meals and water, maintaining rooms and equipment, and reporting observations to supervisors. The position also helps orient new residents and follows infection-control, safety, and resident-rights requirements.

What you'll do

• Answer call lights promptly and courteously and notify appropriate personnel of resident needs
• pass meal trays and drinking water and ice
• strip and remake beds as directed
• report resident observations and record nourishment intake as directed
• help orient new residents
• straighten rooms and label personal toiletries as needed
• clean equipment as directed
• follow bloodborne pathogen, infection-control, hazardous-material, fire-safety, and resident-rights requirements.
