What you'll do

• Process customer orders in the computerized order system
• perform denied-party screening as required for export compliance
• prepare order paperwork and customer documentation
• send shipment notices and shipping documents
• respond to customer questions about products, services, and order status
• maintain customer records and assist with database management and verification
• contact customers about past-due invoices as assigned
• provide clerical support, including switchboard coverage when needed
• forward sales leads to authorized distributors and resellers
• maintain organized customer and order documentation.
