What you'll do

• Manage complex patient registration, insurance verification, financial documentation, and counseling
• serve as a senior resource for billing, insurance, payment plans, and complex financial situations
• provide patient service and resolve escalated billing, insurance, and payment concerns
• coordinate with patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues
• train and mentor Patient Access Representatives
• assist management with schedules, operational improvements, and policy updates
• monitor registration, insurance, and financial processes for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• manage patient accounts and documentation
• participate in department meetings, training, and required certifications.
