What you'll do

• Engage prospective tenants and explain available properties and amenities
• conduct property tours and answer questions
• process rental applications, verify information, and coordinate lease signings
• track market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings
• collaborate with property management and maintenance teams
• track and report leasing activity, sales goals, and occupancy metrics
• accommodate prospective tenants’ availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
