Contract Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead pre-construction site assessments
• serve as the primary contact for clients, property managers, and vendors
• review construction scopes and identify gaps or risks
• coordinate light electrical and plumbing tie-ins with vendors and subcontractors
• manage schedules, quality control, and site logistics
• maintain timelines, budgets, status reports, and site documentation
• address permitting issues and scope changes
• ensure work follows building codes and safety standards.
