What you'll do

• Prepare handmade sandwiches, salads, baguettes, hot food, and barista drinks
• restock food displays and shelves
• greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions
• follow food safety rules and record food temperatures
• keep work areas and equipment clean
• set up equipment and complete equipment checks
• report safety concerns to the manager.
