What you'll do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
• develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• oversee ABA treatment programs
• supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA Technicians
• analyze progress and modify plans
• provide direct behavioral services when appropriate
• train parents and caregivers
• collaborate with healthcare and education professionals
• maintain compliant clinical documentation.
