Behavior Consultant

The Behavior Consultant role is onsite in Selinsgrove, PA. Compensation is $45–$65 per hour. Pediatric Developmental Services provides pediatric therapists and behavioral services to public school districts, charter schools, and communities. The role provides behavior-focused services to students based on their IEPs and 504 plans. Through assessment, reporting, and supervision of intervention staff, the consultant supports students’ needs and the organization’s work to improve children’s lives.

What you'll do

• Provide services to students based on IEPs and 504 plans
• conduct evaluations and assessments
• write reports identifying strengths and areas of concern in behavioral intervention
• supervise and train RBTs and others implementing behavior-analytic interventions
• conduct FBAs, develop PBSPs, and conduct staff training.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field; at least two years of ABA service delivery and experience with individuals with ASD and/or emotional or behavioral disorders. State licensure is required for BCBAs.
