What you'll do

• Measure samples and compare them with tech packs and prior fit samples
• attend fittings to review garment fit, balance, and details
• develop and update technical packages
• communicate fit comments and specifications with factories and vendors
• issue grading guidelines after fit approval
• coordinate with Design on fit and aesthetics
• prioritize workload against calendar and production deadlines.
