The work contributes to acquisition, growth, and business outcomes by managing campaign performance and collaborating with Product, Data, Analytics, and Growth leadership.

What you'll do

• Own return-on-ad-spend, efficiency, and growth targets across a multi-million-dollar paid search budget
• develop and optimize campaign architecture across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• refine keyword strategy, bidding frameworks, audience targeting, negative structures, and query management
• audit automated bidding systems
• partner with Product on post-click conversion and landing-page experience
• collaborate with Data and Analytics on attribution, incrementality, and measurement
• identify growth opportunities across search inventory, seasonal demand, and audience expansion
• build reporting frameworks and performance insights for Growth leadership.
