Wireless Retail Sales Associate

The Wireless Retail Sales Associate role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. The associate helps customers choose wireless plans, phones, and accessories while building relationships with new and returning customers. Product knowledge, service, sales goals, and store readiness support the retailer’s customer experience and sales operations.

What you'll do

• Create customer experiences with a service-first approach
• explain plans and recommend suitable solutions
• build relationships with new and returning customers
• stay current on phones, pricing, and promotions and upsell when appropriate
• answer calls and customer questions
• work toward sales goals
• participate in local marketing and events
• maintain a clean, organized store
• use sales systems and follow company policies
