Bilingual Production Lead (1st Shift or 3rd Shift)

The Bilingual Production Lead role is onsite in Mesa, AZ, with compensation of $22.50–$26.50 per hour plus shift and bilingual differentials. Paleovalley and Wild Pastures make food and supplement products and connect customers with regeneratively raised meats. The lead translates production plans into coordinated floor execution, guiding a bilingual team while protecting safety, quality, and output. The role works with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to keep processing and packaging operations on schedule and address issues.

What you'll do

• Assign work and priorities
• coordinate staffing, materials, and equipment
• enforce GMPs, food safety standards, and SOPs
• verify labels, code dates, weights, seals, and in-process checks
• escalate safety, quality, or process issues
• oversee changeovers and line setups
• maintain batch records, lot tracking, downtime logs, and required paperwork
• guide the bilingual production team
• enforce PPE, sanitation, and housekeeping practices
• collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance.
