What you'll do

• Monitor client activity and conduct facility rounds at least hourly
• monitor medication adherence
• respond to unusual behavior and notify supervisors of issues
• listen and respond to client concerns
• document behavior, progress, and services
• maintain facility safety and cleanliness
• conduct safety drills
• complete shift and incident reports
• maintain confidentiality
• attend required training.

Why this role
