What you'll do

• Develop evidence-based hierarchical programming based on data, progress, and ongoing assessment
• provide direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs
• provide family guidance
• communicate with treatment team members
• collaborate with outside service providers
• review and share data
• conduct initial intake and recurring assessments
• plan discharges and transitions
• maintain professional boundaries under BACB guidance.
