Water Damage Technician

Job overview

The Water Damage Technician role is onsite in Louisville, KY. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The position supports 1-800 WATER DAMAGE’s property restoration and disaster response services, helping home and business owners restore properties and protect health and safety. The technician provides skilled and unskilled labor while learning mitigation techniques and assisting the restoration team. The work includes monitoring and documenting loss readings, following instructions, and supporting customer service during restoration assignments.

What you'll do

• Perform assigned skilled and unskilled labor
• arrive on time in proper uniform
• be available for on-call work and emergencies
• learn and practice customer service
• complete timesheets, purchase order forms, and field checklists
• monitor losses and document readings
• maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
