What you'll do

  • Travel to residential homes to establish scopes of work and document completed repairs
  • document activities and homeowner communications in QuickBase
  • conduct residential inspections, take photographs, record scope notes, and complete checklists or forms
  • inspect interior and exterior areas, including crawlspaces, attics, and roofs
  • coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, and state inspectors
  • review scope completion and quality
  • interpret contract documents
  • document project coordination meetings
  • monitor schedules
  • support quality assurance, quality control, and LIFE Safety Program implementation.
