Cultivation Associate

The Cultivation Associate role is onsite in Washington, DC, with a stated schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is $21 per hour. DCM Inc. grows medical and recreational cannabis and aims to produce high-quality products at accessible prices. This entry-level role supports plant cultivation by completing grow tasks, maintaining clean and sanitized spaces, following operating procedures, and keeping accurate logs. The work contributes to consistent cultivation operations and product quality alongside the grow team and Cultivation Department Head.

What you'll do

• Clean trays, containers, drainage systems, and fertigation systems
• follow standard operating procedures and operational guidelines
• participate in cloning, transplanting, trellising, watering, feeding, defoliation, flushing, sprays, waste disposal, inventory management, day tank adjustments, and room sanitizing
• maintain accurate data logs and an organized work area
• follow building integrated pest management protocols
• communicate with management and coworkers
• work with the grow team and Cultivation Department Head.
