What you'll do

• Develop and execute plans for building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management
• translate manufacturing, process, and testing requirements into facility specifications
• plan and support capital projects
• coordinate with operations, maintenance, and subcontractors
• develop maintenance policies and procedures
• track work orders and ensure safety and budget compliance
• apply Lean principles
• support equipment selection, FAT, SAT, and commissioning
• support EHS compliance
• troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and monitor equipment performance.
